The TPD held its 3rd Annual Awards dinner at the Tyrone Depot on December 9th to recognize its officers for their hard work and contributions to the community over the past year. The awards presented are as follows:

Officer of the Year: Ofc. Andrea Johnson

Employee of the Year: Court Clerk Kathy Bright

Meritorious Service Awards:

• Lt. Dean Johnson – Assist another agency: Entering Auto apprehension;
• Sgt. Eric DeLoose – Armed Robbery apprehension;

• Sgt. Matt New – Life saving deed;
