You Are Hereby Notified
That on the 3th Day
Of November, 2009
A Referendum
Election Will Be Held Asking:
“SHALL THE GOVERNING AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF TYRONE, GEORGIA, BE AUTHORIZED TO PERMIT AND REGULATE SUNDAY SALES OF DISTILLED SPIRITS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR BEVERAGE PURPOSED BY THE DRINK?”
Polls will be opened
From 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
The Registration Deadline to Vote in This Referendum Election Will Be October 5th, 2009. Said Election Shall Be Conducted in All Respects in Accordance With the Provisions of the Georgia Municipal Election Code.
